Confirmed players are listed alphabetically by last name.
First round · 8:30 AM shotgun
Report to your assigned group before the shotgun start.
Competition
Golfers will be assigned a 0, 6, 12, or 18 handicap. Your handicap will be shown on the tournament scorecard provided by the Tournament Director on the day of the event. Handicaps will be cut in half for the second-round Championship Flight.
First Round · 8:30 AM Shotgun
Golfers compete against each person in their group in a six-hole stroke-play format. Matchups and handicaps are preassigned on the tournament scorecard.
Enter each golfer’s score, total all six holes, and apply handicap strokes to determine the winner.
The golfer with the most points in each foursome advances to the Championship Flight. Tiebreakers are listed on the scorecard.
Second Round · 1:45 PM Straight Tees
The remainder of the field will compete in what can only be described as “the world’s greatest scramble.” Teams will be selected by trash talking and dick measuring, along with the Tournament Director’s guidance.
The format is a two-man scramble with no handicaps. The winning team takes the prize pot; second place wins enough for an Uber.
Playing through unannounced and draining 40-foot bogey putts are typical. Side bets are encouraged.
Second Round · Championship Flight
The winners of each morning foursome compete for golf’s greatest glory. Handicaps are reduced by half. Golfers are seeded No. 1 through No. 4, with No. 1 playing No. 4 and No. 2 playing No. 3 in nine-hole stroke-play matches.
Record every hole, total each golfer’s nine-hole score, and apply handicap strokes to determine the winner. The two semifinal winners face off for the Clermont Jug in the same format. The two semifinal losers compete for third- and fourth-place winnings.
Prize money
A total of $760 will be awarded across the Championship Flight and 2-Man Scramble.
